Auto-resolve inbox conversations after guest checkout and review

Problem Statement:

  • After a guest checks out and leaves a review, existing inbox conversations remain open and clutter the Inbox view
  • Hosts must manually resolve each conversation, which is time-consuming when managing multiple properties

Current Workaround:

  • Manually selecting and resolving each conversation in the Inbox after checkout

Impact:

  • Extra manual work for hosts
  • Inbox becomes cluttered with resolved conversations, making it harder to spot active messages

Proposed Solution:

  • Add an automation setting that automatically marks inbox conversations as "Resolved" once a guest has checked out and left a review

Unlock:

  • Hosts would save time and keep their Inbox focused on active, actionable conversations
