Hosts have expressed challenges with the manual booking process due to unclear and manual pricing calculations. Currently, they must manually calculate taxes, discounts, and fees, which can lead to inconsistencies—especially when dynamic pricing tools are in use. They request improvements that would: Automatically calculate and apply taxes, discounts, and cleaning fees. Clearly display both the rack rate (standard price) and dynamic rate (adjusted price). Provide greater transparency in how final prices are derived.

    I think the additional item I’m thinking about with this one is when I go in and make an edit to the manual reservation (e.g. Add a day to the stay), the pricing does not dynamically update. It keeps the price the same as before even though there is one extra day in the stay. Since I have Hospitable’s dynamic pricing turned on, I’d love the price to automatically update with the additional days rate and calculate the fees, etc along with it.
