This needs to be flexible with alerts to the host that the agreement isn’t signed. Not everyone uses the photo id requirement. A simple fix you could implement today is to just add a condition for custom codes that the rental agreement isn’t signed (later for security deposit failed) so we can send reminders. Ultimately automation that the system just turns those messages off and send reminders as well as prevents the door code from going out would be the most helpful. In addition to the condition you could just add the ability to scope tasks for teams to more than just the property, meaning scope them to Airbnb, VRBO, and direct like messages. This way you could send your team a notification 72 hours prior to a direct booking checkin to confirm rental agreements, security deposits, and identity verification.
