Well heck, I thought this was already possible. We had not done many review replies before (except when mitigating less than 5 stars), so admittedly not been on our radar. We charted 26 to be the year we START replying to reviews as well, but don’t want the extra work for reviews that are 5 stars. We’d like to match length for long ones and short ones, can be short too.
Hoping this moves off the backlog so in 2026 we’re not ADDING more time to dealing with this, but reducing.
