A really helpful addition to the AI response to questions would be if someone uses the word "code" or "Door Code" if we could automatically resend the door code instructions.
I agree. Those of us using locks like Yale where we schedule a code to work only for the duration of a reservation need to have a backup in place. We found out the hard way that when the lock loses its WIFI connection (for example when the power goes out), any codes that are set on a temporary basis no longer work. We have a backup code that is always active for this case but sometimes a guest gets locked out in the middle of the night and we are not available. An AI response with the backup code would be awesome.
