Problem statement
When an access code isn't working and the host/management doesn't see or respond to the guest's message within a reasonable timeframe, guests can be locked out with no backup access method. There's currently no automated way to provide emergency access instructions.
Current workaround
Hosts must manually monitor messages and respond with hidden key location information when access issues arise. If the host is unavailable or doesn't see the message, the guest remains locked out.

Add a feature that automatically sends a message with hidden key location instructions to the guest if:
