Currently, hosts managing Mid-Term Rentals (MTRs) must manually send payment requests each month to collect rent. This is time-consuming and prone to error. We need the ability to set up automated, recurring monthly payment schedules for long-term stays so that rent is collected automatically on a specific date each month without manual intervention.
