This has happened to me several times and it’s very frustrating. For bad guest reviews that are important to share for other hosts, I use the bad review toggle feature to ensure it gets sent the last minute of the review period. I’ve received notifications that several reviews have “failed” to process because the guest’s preferred language is not selected or aligned with the review language. That makes absolutely no sense given the review is more for the general public that speaks English. Not sure if this is a bug that needs worked out with the software, but when this happens, I can no longer edit and submit the review that was scheduled for the very end of the period. Hospitable needs to automate translation of review to match the preferred guest language, default to English if the guest language isn’t defined, and have the system flag a potential processing issue if a review does not align with certain parameters that it needs to in order to successfully process.
