Or having specific reviews that are for repeat guests. Having ‘repeat guest’ as a toggle for all messaging would be helpful, custom codes, etc.

Reviews should not be triggered automatically for returning guests. Instead we should get a notification that a review was created but not sent for a returning guest. And then we could go in and edit it before it posts.
