Automatic listing refresh to boost algorithm visibility

Problem statement

Hosts cannot automatically refresh their listings to maintain visibility in Airbnb's search algorithm. Without periodic updates, listings may become stale and rank lower in search results, reducing booking opportunities.

Current workaround

Hosts must manually make small changes to their listings (such as tweaking descriptions or amenities) and then revert them shortly after to signal freshness to the platform's algorithm. This was a feature available in Guesty that automatically handled this process daily.
