Automatic payout splitting between hosts and cohosts

Problem Statement:

• Currently, Hospitable doesn't support splitting payouts between a primary host and cohosts
• All payouts go to a single account, requiring manual payments to cohosts
• This creates administrative burden for tax reporting (1099s) and cash flow management

Current Workaround:

• All payouts go to the primary host's account
• Primary host manually pays cohosts after receiving payouts
• Primary host handles 1099 tax reporting for cohost payments
