Automatic Transaction Splitting Across Properties

Currently, when a transaction needs to be split between multiple properties, users must manually calculate the split and create separate line items for each property.

This request is for the ability to automatically split a total transaction amount across selected properties (e.g., splitting an expense equally or by a specific percentage) to eliminate manual calculations.
