Hi - we recently had a guest book our property from France. But because he was messaging in French and us in English, we kept having to switch back to the Airbnb app to message them. And as a result, we were delayed in responding to a message about an alteration request. The guest then cancelled the reservation.
That's an extreme example, but it would be nice to not have to switch back to airbnb app to message guests in another language.
