Automatically add on the Owner Statement the Vrbo payment processing fee.

Vrbo payment-processing fees currently need to be added manually as a property transaction if you want them included on the Owner Statement. Since these fees are generated automatically for each booking, having to enter them manually is not ideal. Ideally, the payment-processing fee should be added to the Owner Statement automatically for each Vrbo reservation.
