Automatically create Vrbo listings from existing Airbnb listings

Problem statement

Hosts with existing Airbnb listings connected to Hospitable cannot automatically create corresponding Vrbo listings. They must manually enter all listing details (photos, descriptions, amenities, fees, etc.) into Vrbo before those listings can be imported and managed in Hospitable.

Current workaround

Hosts must manually create each listing in Vrbo by re-entering all the information that already exists in their Airbnb listings, then wait for Hospitable to detect and import the new Vrbo listings during the next sync (approximately every 2 hours) or manually trigger a re-sync.

Impact

• Significant time investment required to duplicate listing information across platforms
• Increased risk of inconsistencies or errors when manually re-entering listing details
• Delays in getting properties listed on Vrbo and available for bookings
• Creates a barrier for hosts wanting to expand to multiple channels

Proposed solution

Enable Hospitable to automatically create Vrbo listings using the information from existing Airbnb listings that are already connected to Hospitable, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
