Automatically detect how guests want bedrooms configured

I need a way for guests to tell us whether they want bedrooms configured as Superkings (beds pushed together) or Twins (beds pushed apart). This information needs to be shown on the reservation so the cleaners know exactly how to configure the house. Currently I have to ask the guest in an auto message, then chase them if they haven’t replied, then manually enter the required bedroom layout in the Notes on the reservation.

Guest should be able to click a couple of buttons to tell us the bedroom setup required and then it auto fed to the cleaners.
