Is there any update on this feature? If not AI, which I understand it could take time to tune correctly, at least when check-in/out hours are updated for a booking, make this change populate in metrics. Otherwise there’s a discrepancy between the two and creates misunderstandings with cleaning team.

Hello there! is there any update on this feature?
I’ve noticed that when check-in/out hours are updated in the conversation this changes don’t appear in metrics when running a report including check-in/out times.
I’m thinking about to try to automate this with webhooks, but I wouldn’t like to waste time if it will be implemented any time soon :)

Although we likely won’t be supporting a complete automation of final check-in time adjustment purely based on message intents, what we can look at doing is making this an easier action right next to the message itself when a relevant time adjustment is detected.

Hello Nik This would be awesome. I find myself constantly diving into dozens of conversations daily just to scoop the check-in time from the guests messages. If this info could be sent somehow to Metrics in order to have a column of “AI check-in time”, I’d save a lot of time :)
