Block dates in Hospitable without syncing to Airbnb

Problem statement

• Currently, blocking dates in the Hospitable calendar automatically pushes those blocks to all connected listings, including Airbnb.
• There is no way to mark a date as unavailable within Hospitable for internal management without also blocking it for guests on Airbnb.

Proposed solution

• The ability to create a block in Hospitable that does not sync to Airbnb, allowing the listing to remain bookable on the platform while being marked as blocked in Hospitable.
