we hosted with booking.com for 4 months and in that time service was non-existent, we had multiple issues with guests with no recourse, booking.com refunded guests without consent or even a conversation. we have been hosting with only Airbnb since 2021 with super host status and no issues. has anyone else run into this?
we would like to see hospitable reconsider their partnership with booking.com as the site is not host supportive
