Branded Guest Portal Domain Should Be Used in Generated Links

Problem Statement:

• When a custom branded domain (e.g., portal.theriverfrontchalet.com) is configured for the Guest Portal, the %guest_portal% shortcode and the "Copy Guest Portal link" button still generate links using the default stay.hospitable.com domain
• Guests never see the branded domain in the links they receive, making the branded domain feature feel incomplete
• The branded domain only provides visual branding when guests manually navigate to it, but not when they receive the link

Current Workaround:

• Manually taking the reservation UUID from the copied link and pasting it onto the custom domain (e.g., portal.theriverfrontchalet.com/[UUID])
• This must be done for every guest, every time

Impact:

• Extra manual work for hosts to create branded links
• Inconsistent guest experience (some guests get branded links, others don't)
• The branded domain feature doesn't deliver its full value without automation

Proposed Solution:

• Update the %guest_portal% shortcode and "Copy Guest Portal link" button to automatically use the configured branded domain instead of stay.hospitable.com
• If no branded domain is configured, fall back to the default domain

Unlock:

• Hosts with branded domains get the full branding benefit automatically
• Consistent, professional guest experience across all communications
• No manual link manipulation required
