Brands includes not only the look and feel of your business, but the ability to purchase or connect domains that are used for owner-facing and guest-facing products and communication:
Guest and owner-facing emails come from your own email
Guest portals live on your own domain
Owner portals live on your own domain
As a part of this project, we’re also considering a differentiation between your Company’s Brand (for owner-facing products and communication) and individual Property Brands (for guest-facing products and communication).

Not for mogul. I pay 1% for the website…what am I paying for? There’s no space for me to include anything on the website like contact info, my agreement to preview, details on my cancelation policies, links to my welcome guides, links to my airbnb reviews. At a minimum should be getting the leads from abandoned cart to be able to send a discount. My guests do not know your brand. Emails should come from me.

I see this is moved to in progress but under mogul. I am paying 1% as professional for direct bookings. This should be for all users.

Yes we need the emails for direct bookings to come from our own e-mails. Recently had a guest cancel because she couldn’t find the email and felt I was “unresponsive”. 8f8e719c-c4ca-4345-9ea2@messaging.hospitable.com does look like spam…. I had another direct booking cancel and I have a feeling it is because he couldn’t find the confirmation. We are trying to build trust with our guests and this does not help!

It would be really important for us if all Hospitable branding could be completely removed from outgoing emails(both guest-facing and owner-facing).
We want to make sure that only our own brand is visible in every communication – having Hospitable appear there makes it difficult to maintain a consistent and professional image.
This is a key feature for us, and we’d love to see it prioritized as part of the Brands project.

Can this be for individual property brands, not just a company. It will be odd sending emails from one property name to a guest of a second unrelated property. This will suite property owners who manage more than one property and are not companies.

Branding is lacking tremendously and needs a lot more value from a Mogul perspective. I’ve had issues with your current redirects to custom domain, it’s not smooth and loads slow showing heavy cumulative shifts. Why so slow when Mogul users are paying a premium for an unfinished feature? Let me pick a hex for brand colors..

Only Mogul plan? But why? I send email too and the “standard” of emails that hospitable sends is really far from cool. I mean what do people think when they get a mail from hospitable that is not cool - just because I’m not mogul plan? 😢😢

We need to choose whatever color we want for branding/statements/portals etc. The branding colors should match my primary and secondary company brand guide.

Guest portal from my own domain is slow due to is redirect nature. Does hospitable plan to make this better? Or will it always be a temporary redirect like this? Default colors (hospitable purple) load first and then change to the brand colors we select. Hop on a little bit of a slower internet connection and you will see it too.
