I believe there’s a glitch in this Condition. “The night after check-out [is not] available”
I used this Condition for a Same-Day turnover message to the cleaner, however this message for all cleanings is scheduled for 24-hours prior to CHECK-OUT. Since my Check-Out is at 11am, the “Same-Day Turn-over” message appeared because tomorrow is not still available.
I had tested this condition, for the message to go out on the same morning, that works. But thought I would like to give the cleaners a more advance notice and applied it to the day-prior message, and this failed.
Therefore I think the Condition “The night after check-out” doesn’t truly identify checkout but , if the following day was available or not.
