Bring Airbnb-Style Guest Insights, Host Reviews & AI Guest Summaries to Hospitable Direct Bookings — Before Reservation Approval

Currently, Hospitable provides powerful Guest Insights and AI Guest Summaries for Airbnb reservations, allowing hosts to review previous host feedback, ratings, and AI-generated summaries to make informed decisions before accepting a booking. This functionality is missing for Direct bookings.

The request is to extend a comparable Guest Insights experience to Hospitable Direct bookings, with the following critical requirements:

  • Pre-Approval Visibility (Essential): All Guest Insights, host reviews, ratings, recommendations, and AI summaries must be accessible while a Direct booking request is still pending, allowing hosts to make an informed decision before acceptance.
  • Actionable AI Guest Summaries: Implement the same AI-powered summaries used for Airbnb, identifying documented positive experiences, guest preferences, and relevant host feedback. These summaries should distinguish historical behavior from fraud risk, identity verification, and booking-likelihood predictions, while identifying information sources and treating guests without history fairly.
  • Consistent Interface: A unified guest profile experience in the Inbox for both Airbnb and Direct bookings.
  • Host Reviews & Ratings: Access to available guest reviews and ratings from other hosts before approving a Direct reservation.
  • Direct Review Network: Integration of reviews and recommendations already shared within the Hospitable Direct ecosystem.
  • Consent-Based Profiles: A privacy-compliant way for guests to voluntarily link verified booking history from other platforms, respecting all Terms of Service.
  • Returning Guest Recognition: Consolidated history for guests who have previously stayed via Hospitable Direct.

Goal: Provide Hospitable Direct property managers with a guest screening experience comparable to the Guest Insights already available for supported Airbnb reservations, using legitimately available and verified information.
