Hi @SAMUEL HARRIS ! We have indeed recently released owner statements, and you can try it out today for one property in your account:

    https://help.hospitable.com/en/articles/9517164-getting-started-with-owners-statements

If you need it for all properties, our sales team would be happy to upgrade you to our Mogul plan (you can reach out anytime at sales@hospitable.com). We have a team dedicated to launching Mogul-only features. Currently we’re working on accounting software integrations, more robust expense tracking, and will soon follow with owner’s portals.

This is an absolute necessity as most of the people signing up for the service are property managers. Right now, this has to be done outside the platform.

I love the idea of this, the problem will be tracking expenses. I assume it's not going to be able to track expenses from credit cards / bank accounts.

My .02 on this is to bolster the data link that is already launched and allow a PDF to be downloaded from there, perhaps allow an email notification to Host when the month is done to notify with a link to the past month statement. allow the controls host want to hide certain data sets and let's use the links to share with our owners/host (for those that co-host). Would be great to simply be able to add an expense line.

ICING on the cake would be to have a flow that allows all the gross funds to be sent to us and then we decide within Hospitable how to split it up, gross/net of expenses (after adding expenses), etc. Seems logical for Hospitable to want to be in this payments flow from a business model and revenue perspective!

I would love to be able to create an invoice for the home owners that I host for. I need to be able to create a pdf that allows to show the days booked, the guests initials, and 20% of the daily rate minus the platform service fee. I also like to include any supplies I purchased for them as well. I'll attach an example. Thanks for working on this. I am so excited to have something more professional than my silly excel sheet.

Currently using webhooks > Make.com > Xero to generate invoices and payables. Considerations:

    • Bills to pay for managers/cleaners based on % logics

    • Costs not published in Booking.com apis (transaction related fees) are calculated as an intermediate step via make.com today (and associated VAT)

    • Automation of invoice serialisation

    • Ability to generate guest invoices

Would be great if this can be handled without the intermediate operational make.com step.
