I have 20+ studio apartments in the same building. If the building parking lot changes policy, it is a pain to change every listing one by one as well as in Knowledge Hub. I wish we could do a “Parent-Child Listing” for buildings changes. As well as Knowledge Hub Building Knowledge.
Feature request:
I manage 20+ studio apartments in the same building. They share information such as parking policies, building access, amenities, and common-area rules.
Whenever something changes—for example, the building’s parking policy—I have to update every listing individually and repeat those changes in Knowledge Hub. This is time-consuming and makes it easy to miss an update or leave conflicting information.
I’d love the ability to create a Building as a parent and link individual apartment listings to it as children, with:
Shared listing information: Update building-wide details once and automatically apply them to all linked listings.
Building-level Knowledge Hub: Maintain one shared source of building knowledge that is available to every linked apartment.
Apartment-specific overrides: Keep unit-specific information and exceptions, such as whether a particular apartment includes a parking space.
For example, if parking hours or fees change, I could update the building record once, and all linked listings and their Knowledge Hub responses would reflect the new policy.
This would save significant administrative time and help ensure guests receive consistent, accurate information across every apartment.
