Access Availability Rules without a connected Airbnb listing

Availability Rules were created in Hospitable duplicating Airbnb feature of Smart calendar availability i.e

  1. automatically block day after the booking to give cleaning time for cleaning team.

  2. automatically block next 7 days in calendar for hosts who do not want last minute booking.

    These disappeared once i removed Airbnb sync & Airbnb account. when will these be available without the the Airbnb

    Thank you for flagging this! We're currently discussing how to allow you to manage Availability Rules even if your Airbnb listing is no longer connected.

    At the moment, when an Airbnb listing is removed, we continue to store your settings behind the scenes for your Hospitable calendar. However, the UI doesn't currently allow you to make changes to those settings.

    As we move toward making Hospitable the source of truth for your property data, we plan to enable full management of these settings directly within Hospitable - regardless of the platform connection status.

      is there any update on this in past 2 months?
      This just cannot come fast enough for me as i’m having to manually update my calendar every time an even occurs…
