Access Availability Rules without a connected Airbnb listing

Availability Rules were created in Hospitable duplicating Airbnb feature of Smart calendar availability i.e

1. automatically block day after the booking to give cleaning time for cleaning team.

2. automatically block next 7 days in calendar for hosts who do not want last minute booking.

   These disappeared once i removed Airbnb sync & Airbnb account. when will these be available without the the Airbnb
