Calendar Note Indicators for Reservations

Hi Hospitable team,

One workflow challenge I run into as a host is that while I can add notes inside reservations, there’s currently no easy way to visually identify from the calendar view that a reservation has an important note attached without opening each reservation individually.

For example:

• approved early check-ins/checkouts

• birthdays or special occasions

• guest reminders

• dog approvals

• weather/event notes

• operational reminders for cleaners or turnover coordination

It would be incredibly helpful if reservations with notes could display some type of visual indicator directly on the calendar view (flag, colored dot, icon, tag, etc.), or even allow pinned calendar notes tied to a reservation.

As hosts scale operations, this would significantly improve at-a-glance reservation management and reduce the need to open each booking individually.
