Calendar UI improvements

Feature requests

Make it so the left/right scroll bar always appears at the bottom of the user’s screen, not at the bottom of the page. Having to scroll to the bottom of the page to scroll left/right on the calendar, then scroll up to the top of the calendar is not user friendly.

This is UI feature is such low hanging fruit, I can’t imagine it would take longer than one day to implement, and it would meaningfully improve the daily UX for any hosts managing 20+ listings. Please add it asap.
