Hi @Peter Simpson! We’ll always expect there to be a minor delay of the messaging between systems, as we need to “wait” for the platform to communicate any new messages to us. Now, this delay shouldn’t be huge (seconds, not minutes!). If you’re experiencing delays of more than a few minutes consistently, there could be an issue (or it could be Vrbo, which we generally experience more slowness with, when it comes to syncing things between us). Please write into support@hospitable.com if there are examples you’re concerned about, and we can investigate to be sure there’s not a larger issue at play.
