Cancellation Policy: Ability to adjust the refundable percentage from 100% to something else for bookings cancelled within 24 hours after booking is accepted. At the moment, hosts can only set a different percentage for cancellations done within a specified number of days before check-in, but no option to change the rate for cancellation requests within 24 hours after a booking is accepted.

    Alternative for direct basic => add a text field saying i.e. "A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs". The % should ideally be customisable.
