Sometimes owners sell their properties, and the new owner continues using the same property manager. In those cases, a property manager needs to change the owner of a property, while keeping the old owner’s statements/portal/etc in tact.

    Is essential for owners who own multiple properties and have each property set up in its own LLC. Or simply a owner who has multiple properties and want payouts sent to different bank account per property.
