Change weekend dates to be shaded on the multi-property calendar

We already allow them to change the start of the week, but by default, Saturdays and Sundays are shaded to mark as the weekend on the multi-property calendar. It would be good allow the user to change this, for example to Fridays and Saturdays, so they can easily see the higher priced dates (weekend pricing).
