Channel-specific advance notice settings

Currently, advance notice rules (same-day/last-minute booking settings) apply globally to the entire property calendar and cannot be configured per channel.

It would be useful to allow hosts to set different advance notice requirements for different channels, similar to how availability windows can already be configured per channel.

This would provide greater flexibility and allow hosts to tailor booking policies based on each platform's booking behavior and operational needs.
