Channel-Specific Photo Upload for Properties

Problem Statement:

• Once Hospitable becomes the "source of truth" for a property's photos, any photo additions trigger updates to all connected platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Direct)
• Even when selecting only Direct bookings for new photos, they are automatically pushed to connected channels
• This makes it impossible to upload photos to a single channel without affecting others

Current Workaround:

• There is no current workaround — all photo uploads affect connected channels once Hospitable manages the property's photos

Impact:

• Unintended photo changes on Airbnb and Vrbo listings
• Time spent correcting unwanted photo updates on OTAs
• Risk of disrupting guest-facing content on external platforms

Proposed Solution:

• Allow hosts to upload photos to a specific channel (e.g., Direct only) without those photos being pushed to connected platforms
• Add a setting or toggle to control whether photo uploads sync to all channels or remain channel-specific

Unlock:

• Hosts can manage photos per-channel independently
• No risk of unintended changes to OTA listings
• Greater control over property presentation on each platform
