Character Limit Warnings for House Rules based on Channel Limits

Problem Statement: Currently, Hospitable allows users to enter house rules without indicating the character limits of connected channels (e.g., Vrbo's 50-character limit per rule). This leads to content being silently truncated or ignored when synced, causing users to spend significant time drafting rules that are ultimately not displayed.

Proposed Solution: Implement real-time character counts and warnings within the House Rules editor that reflect the specific limitations of the connected channels.

Unlock: Users will have immediate visibility into whether their rules fit channel requirements, eliminating trial-and-error and ensuring all critical house rules are successfully pushed to the platforms.
