Check In Survey

Hi,

I have just implemented a process whereby the conformation email to guests (ie "Hi, I just wanted to confirm, right away, ...") contains a link to a SquareSpace (my web site platform) survey. The survey asks guests a handful of questions, ir milk preference, bread preference, how they want to bedrooms configured, would they like a local newspaper on arrival, etc. (the link is here https://www.bridgecrofttas.com/survey )

This info is sent to a google sheet. I them take this info and add it to the notes section in Hospitable for the cleaners to read. (Remember, this could be months in advance sometimes).

What I'd like to see: -

  1. Incorporate the survey into the ausoamted messages somehow.

  2. Have the replies automatically populate into Hospitable somewhere.

  3. People could decline the survey and that should be ok.

Remember, I'm doing all of this to increase my nightly rates by 10%. So, there should be a payback for hosts who do it.

It could also be an additional service offer to small hosts, or part of the Professional or Mogul subscription offers.

The metrics I'll use are - if 80% of guests complete a survey over the next 4 months, I'll pop the rates up by 5-10% from September 2024 onwards.

What I love about Hospitable - The Hospitable product is improving all the time but more than that, Hospitable is helping to educate me as a host. Thats the bit I really like.
