I understand that integrated locks may have an indicator if you drill into conversations to see if the door code was used for a check-in. This is great for hosts that have integrated locks. My locks are all ZWave (no, I won’t do a cloud managed lock!) and managed by my Home Assistant system. I would love to have a way to report back to Hospitable that the guest has checked in and to indicate this at a level where I don’t have to drill into the conversation.
Having this information could also help inform the AI assistant in crafting reviews. When I change the review from Excellent to Good or something else it almost always recrafts the starter message to the “guest arrived early” which is just annoying. Having the agent look over the messages to figure that out would be good, plus having such a variable in place (with a datetime stamp on when it changed?) could also help inform the agent with it’s initial messaging.
