Problem statement
- Hosts currently have no way to receive confirmation when guests check out

Current workaround
Some hosts use third-party tools like Turno, which provides a checkout notification link that guests can click to confirm checkout and rate their stay (1-5 stars). This workaround requires maintaining a separate platform and prevents hosts from fully adopting Hospitable's Tasks and Pay functionality.

Proposed solution
Add a checkout notification feature that:
- Sends guests a link (via message shortcode or automated message)
- Allows guests to confirm checkout with one click
- Collects a simple satisfaction rating (1-5 stars)
- Notifies the host immediately with checkout confirmation and rating

Hosts would be able to:
- Know immediately when guests check out
- Identify dissatisfied guests before they leave a review
- Proactively reach out to address issues and prevent negative reviews
- Consolidate all operations within Hospitable without needing third-party tools
