Cleaner Photo and Video Uploads for Tasks

• Currently, there is no way for cleaners to provide visual proof of completed tasks or report issues via photos/videos directly within the task.

Current Workaround:

• Cleaners likely send photos via separate messaging apps (like WhatsApp or iMessage), which disconnects the proof from the specific task and property record.

Impact:

• This creates fragmented communication, makes it harder for hosts to verify quality consistently, and increases the time spent tracking down visual evidence for specific tasks.

Proposed Solution:

• Add an option for team members to upload one or more photos or a short video when completing a task.

Unlock:

• Hosts will have a centralized, time-stamped visual record of task completion and any issues found, improving accountability and quality control.
