Cleaner task status and payment approval notifications

Would like push notifications when cleaners arrive, start, and complete a task. Addistionally, please add the option to automatically approve cleaner payments after task completion. If automatic approval is disabled or unavailable, send a push notification when a payment is ready for manual approval.
