Cleaner-Triggered Check-in Instructions

Allow cleaners (or designated secondary users) to mark a property as “ready” after cleaning, which would automatically trigger the check-in instructions to be sent to the guest. This would enable more flexible and accurate guest communication, especially when cleaning finishes earlier or later than expected, without requiring manual intervention from the primary user.
