Cleaning Confirmation Checkbox for Owner Stays in Portal

We’d like to request a feature that allows owners to confirm whether a cleaning is required for their stays via a simple checkbox during reservation creation or modification.

Currently, there is no clear way to indicate if a clean is needed when creating them in the owner’s portal, which creates manual follow-up and risk of miscommunication - especially for:

• Owner stays with varying preferences (sometimes self-clean, sometimes request cleaning)

• Last-minute bookings where planning is minimal

• Multiple users (family members) booking under the same owner with different expectations

Requested Functionality:

• Add a “Cleaning Required” checkbox (Yes/No) when creating or editing an owner’s stay

• Enable default rules (ex: automatically assume cleaning unless unchecked)

• Trigger automated cleaning task scheduling based on selection

• Option to require confirmation before finalizing reservation

Use Case:

• One owner’s family member always needs cleaning (default = yes)

• Another may clean themselves ~50% of the time (needs manual selection)

• Helps eliminate back-and-forth emails and ensures proper scheduling
