Currently cleaning tasks and the same-day-turnover indicators are generated per property, off that property's own reservations. When a parent property gets booked it gets its own reservation and the child properties then get a calendar block vs their own reservation block and vice versa. As a result the system doesn’t pick the same day turnover task information between parent and child bookings that your cleaners may need to know.
Ex. We had one of the child bookings check out Fri morning. We had the parent booking check-in the same day on Friday afternoon but the guest previously purchased early check-in. From the cleaner side using the HOSP app they couldn’t see that the parent property had a same day check-in nor could they see the guest had purchased early check-in and the property had to be turned over sooner. No big deal as we caught it and notified our team this go around but would be nice to automate this in the future.
