Co-host / Owner payouts in Metrics and Smart codes for SMS

Currently, we manage two properties and own one. The %payout% code and reporting works great for our own property, but for the two we manage, the %payout% code includes my co-host fee so it is not an accurate net number for my owners.

    Hi @Madison Meese ! Have you checked out the Mogul plan yet, for Owner Statements/Invoices? We support property managers who take co-host payouts on Airbnb now, so the Statements/Invoices that are generated give a great breakdown for Owners. We’d be happy to offer you a Mogul trial if it’s something you want to test out. It includes several Owner Management features like Statements/Invoices, a branded Owner Portal and a slew of great AI features.

    We’re also well on our way towards building Owner Payouts, which will allow you to pay out your Owners according to the statements as well. We hope that will be a huge time saver!
