Code Used Automated message

When a guest uses the code to get into the house I would like to send a message 7-15 minutes after letting them know a few things they might find useful in the house and welcome them. Currenlty you can only do this at checkin but in some cases checkin might be 3pm but guest does not arrive until 9pm. I want the message to be timely and feel custom to their stay.
