Commission

One of our landlords agreed to a commission structure where if the monthly revenue exceeds $5,000, we receive a 40% commission on the amount over $5,000. However, we cannot currently use this because it is not configurable in the owner portal. To clarify, the first $5,000 goes entirely to the landlord, and we only receive 40% of any amount that exceeds that threshold. Could you add this feature to the portal?
