Conditional security deposits based on reservation duration

Problem statement: Currently, security deposits are applied uniformly to all reservations for a property and channel. Hosts cannot limit deposits to only those reservations that meet a specific duration (e.g., only for stays longer than 7 nights).

Current workaround: Hosts must either require deposits for all guests or collect them manually outside of Hospitable for specific long-term stays.

Impact: Requiring deposits for all stays can create friction for short-term guests and potentially deter bookings, while not requiring them for long stays increases the host's risk.

Proposed solution: Allow hosts to set conditional rules for security deposits based on the length of the reservation (e.g., "require deposit only if stay is > X nights").

Unlock: Hosts can better balance guest experience for short stays with necessary protection for longer, higher-risk reservations.
