Contact Host

We are desperate to have a messaging feature that allows our guests to contact us for any issues that they are having while staying with us. We have had to turn off the push notifications, because with 4 messages per cabin and our plan for 12 cabins rented 2-3 times per week, that is up to 144 useless automated messages we have to filter per week just to get to the one that asks where they can buy firewood. We need the same feature that AirBNB is providing to their users for this purpose. Since there are two of us, we cannot figure out how to have a single phone number for texting purposes that goes to two people, so there is no current work-around. Please help!
