Core Product: Add buffer/confirmation dialog box that allows the user to confirm if they want to accept an inquiry or not

When answering an inquiry, it's currently very easy to accidentally click 'accept' and then the booking can't be reversed. Hosts should get a dialog box that pops up after they hit accept so they can confirm the inquiry in case they click 'accept' by mistake.
