Create a shared Knowledge Hub for similar properties

Have the ability to create a shared Knowledge hub for similar properties so that the AI can use the conversation history of one property on another guest on another property which will be efficient for properties that are similar to each other. IE: 6 units on one piece of land with just different names.

    We need to be able to quickly assign a source document to other properties. I don’t want to search for those original files that I uploaded long ago, now that i am managing another property in the same community.

    Absolutely, need it. And it looks like AI already uses some info from another properties, while not admitting this in official docs.
    We have ~20 properties, i want to upload & update only 1 PDF, not 20 - its crazy and thus knowledge hub got outdated very fast
